What are open mouth bags?
Open mouth paper bags are an ideal packaging option for seed, feed, minerals, grains, cement, aggregate and flour. Open mouth paper bags come in different styles: sewn open mouth, pinch bottom, and multi wall paper over poly.
Pinch bottom bags are heat sealable for easy closure and to prevent the product from leaking out of the bag.
Multi wall paper over poly bags have a poly woven layer inside and paper on the outside. This produces a very durable bag with the ability to have excellent printing on the outside. Easy open tear strips and gussets are also available for open mouth paper bags.
What are valve pack bags?
Valve pack paper bags are used for seed, cement, lime, and minerals. Filling is done through a valve at the top of bag using an automatic filling machine. The bags do not require closing as the valve is self-closing. Valve options are PE valve and paper valve. The bags are also available with standard multi wall paper or a high performance paper that is custom engineered to withstand the tough jobs. All bags are available with printing or plain without any printing.
